Kennedy's Kuts Client Agreement Contract

Please read them carefully before using Our Service.
Introduction:
Thank you for choosing Kennedy’s Kuts for your lawn maintenance needs. We are pleased to present our new monthly service plan, designed to provide you with convenience and consistent care for your lawn throughout the entire year. Please take a moment to review the additional payment details outlined below.
Service Details:
Weekly Service:
*Paid Monthly
· This plan includes 46 cuts for an entire calendar year.
· The payment amount due will be the total cost of all cuts, divided evenly by 12 months.
· This allows for a predictable and affordable monthly payment.
Bi-Weekly Service:
*Paid Monthly
· This plan includes 24 cuts for an entire calendar year.
· The payment amount due will be the sum of all cuts, divided evenly by 12.
· This ensures a consistent and low monthly payment throughout the year.
Scheduling:
· Our scheduled cut days are on Fridays, weather permitting.
· In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule the service for the next suitable day to ensure the best quality of service.
· If weather conditions make the grass too wet, we will refrain from cutting to avoid causing any damage to the property.
Payment Terms:
Payments are expected no later than the 5th of each month.
· A friendly reminder will be sent if payment is not received by the 12th.
· If no response or payment is received within 3 days after the reminder, your account will be considered past due, and further service will be suspended until the account is made current.
· A $10 late fee will be applied to your account upon making it current.
Payment Options:
Emails will be requested to allow for invoices to be sent.
· Payments can be made through invoice or through the following methods: cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Stripe (from our personal website), or check.
Cancellation Policy:
If any customer needs to cancel the monthly service plan, we ask that at least a 2 week notice is given prior to the next billing cycle.
In the event of an emergency, we ask to please let us know as soon as possible if there are any complications with being able to have your yard maintained for its scheduled time. We will communicate accordingly.
